COVID-19

What measures are you taking in relation to COVID-19?

Daily disinfection: Both our vehicles and optical equipment are scrupulously disinfected after each tour.

Social distance: Outdoors we will maintain a safety distance of 2 meters. The use of a mask is obligatory during the trips in the vehicle.

Preventive material: We provide customers with both masks and disinfectant hydroalcoholic gel.

Daily health checks: We always check before each activity that the guide does not present symptoms compatible with COVID-19.

Day Trips Cancellation Policy

COVID-19

If you have to cancel the tour due to reasons related to COVID-19  (impediments to travel, infection…) you will be reimbursed 100% of your booking no matter when you cancel.

Other cases

-Cancellations at least 7 days before the tour: 100% of the amount will be refunded.
-Cancellation due meteorological conditions: 100% of the amount will be refunded.
-Cancellations from 7 days before the tour until 2 days before the tour: 50% of the amount will be refunded.
-Cancellations less than 48 hours before the tour or “No show”: 0% of the amount will be refunded.

Day Trips Booking & Payment

How can I book a day trip?

You can book instantly online by pressing the blue “Book Now” button. Alternatively you can book through the contact form, by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling +34 690 34 08 31 (preferably via Whatsapp or Telegram, we are out with clients most of the time!).

How can I pay?

If you book online, you can pay by credit card. If you use any other booking method, you can pay by credit card or PayPal in advance, or in cash on the day of the tour (a deposit may be required to confirm the booking).

Pick up & transportation during the Day Trips

Where can you pick us up?

Anywhere in Western Andalusia (provinces of Seville, Huelva, Cádiz and some areas of Málaga).

Is pick-up and drop-off included in the price?

We pick you up and drop you off at your accommodation in Seville city or close to the destination area for free (except for the hiking day trips). Pick up and drop off at other locations may have an additional cost.

With which vehicle will we travel?

For small groups we use a 5-seater van and for larger groups 9-seater vans. All the vehicles we use are comfortable and have air conditioning.

Private and shared day trips

What is the difference between a private and a shared day trip?

On a private trip, the only participants are you and the guide, that means that we can fully adapt to your requirements and targets. During a shared day trip, you are travelling with the guide and other customers (the maximum group size is 9 people including the guide). In a shared group we have to adapt to the general interest of the group.

When are the shared day trips available?

A minimum of 3 people interested in a shared tour is required to be able to do it. At the time of booking we will inform you if there is already the minimum required for that day.

Day Trips Duration

How long are the tours?

Normally half-day trips are 4-5 hours long and full-day trips are 9-12 hours long. You have information about the duration of each excursion on the specific website of each excursion.

Is the travel time included in the duration of the tour?

Yes, the duration indicated includes the travel time from Seville and the return time (information about the approximate travel time from Seville is also provided for each day trip). If you do not need to be picked up and we meet in the area of the excursion or if the pick-up point is not Seville, the duration of the excursion can vary.

What if I don't have that much time or I want to extend the trip?

If it is a private excursion, we can adapt the duration of the tour to your needs, which can vary the prices.

Food on day trips

Are meals and drinks included?

No, the meals and drinks are not included in the excursion price.

Where do we stop for lunch?

During the half-day trips we don’t usually stop, although of course we can stop for coffee if you need it. On the full day trips you can bring a picnic or we can stop at a restaurant with inexpensive local food.
